These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and inquiry services of Ocealio Travels & Tours (“Ocealio”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Separate written agreements (for example, a tour quotation, booking confirmation, or invoice) may apply to specific travel services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed or confirmed booking document, the booking document usually prevails for that transaction.

We operate a travel and tours business focused on Sri Lanka. Our website provides information about destinations, packages, and services, and allows you to submit inquiries. Website content is for general information; availability, itineraries, and prices may change until confirmed in writing where applicable.

When you submit an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you using the contact details you provide (including email or phone/WhatsApp where you have given us a number or initiated contact).

We may use email providers (such as Zoho Mail or others we configure) to deliver and store inquiry messages.

We may use the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send operational notifications (for example, a summary of your inquiry) to phone numbers we authorize for our staff. This helps our team respond quickly. Such processing is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy. Meta’s WhatsApp services are subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s applicable terms and policies.

You agree not to use the inquiry form for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or to submit false or misleading information.

A website inquiry does not by itself create a binding tour contract. Pricing, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules, and payment schedules will be confirmed in our proposals, quotations, or confirmations as applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that passport, visa, health, insurance, and other travel requirements are met. We may provide general guidance, but final compliance is your responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, introduce malware, or use automated means to submit bulk or deceptive inquiries.

Text, graphics, logos, images, and other content on this website are owned by Ocealio or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing or sharing as permitted by law.

Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ocealio and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or inability to use it.

Our total liability for claims arising from your use of the website (excluding liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as in some cases of personal injury caused by gross negligence) shall not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for access to the website in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim—or, if none, one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services (including social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country cannot be waived.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless applicable law requires otherwise for consumers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
